Requirements
Hours – 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
• 2 Years customer service experience or education equivalent
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Windows applications and have experience using Micro Soft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Typing skills
• Multi-task and problem solving skills
• Experience working in a “team” environment
• Attention to detail
• Excellent spelling/grammar skills
• Dependability and reliability
