We are seeking a dynamic customer service oriented individual with great communication & typing skills for our Hartford, CT service center.  The Services Representative serves as the primary liaison between the customers, the technicians, and the local market team. Schedule:  Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm & Rotating Saturdays Duties Handle incoming customer calls Monitors, verifies accuracy of, and corrects work orders Performs appointment confirmation calls Performs customer call-aheads Handles invoicing, daily close-out procedures, daily bank deposit Maintains daily store files Handles reschedules and pending work orders Assists Account Manager in setting up and servicing accountsQualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Experience working with the public delivering excellent customer service required Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and accuracy Ability to apply selling techniques over the phone preferred Excellent verbal communication skills Proficient computer skillsNote: This position requires working some Saturdays.  Submit your resume by clicking on the Apply Now button.  Submit your resume by clicking on the Apply Now button.
