Hino Trucks, a Toyota Group Company and a major commercial truck distributor, announces an outstanding opportunity working out of home office in the greater St. Louis or Jefferson City area.  This position will be responsible for:Hino product maintenance training for dealers and customersAssisting dealers within his/her territory in resolving service and warranty issues Counseling dealers in developing and maintaining customer and fleet relations in order to better represent Hino in the marketTraining of dealer in service and warranty areasDeveloping and maintaining fleet account relationships in conjunction with Hino DealersPrompt and proper reporting of any and all observed technical or quality problemsAdministration of policy adjustment or customer goodwill within the DistrictTimely communication with the Service Manager regarding various issues

 Qualified candidates will possess the following credentials:

 2 Year Vocational Tech Degree Mandatory3 Years Service Experience within a Truck Dealership, Automotive Manufacturer, or DistributorExceptional skills in task prioritization and time management Solid written and oral communication skills Relationship building and customer service skills a must  Ability to be proactive, provide follow-up, and hit various performance targets Willingness to travel 50%
