Experienced Honda Service Advisor

HONDA OF FREEHOLD is looking to hire a Service Advisor. 

The Service Advisor is responsible for customer relations and service sales.  The job encompasses the proper satisfaction of customer and vehicle related problems, meeting service sales objectives and the thorough and accurate performance of designated administrative activities.

Responsibilities include:Primary responsibility is to ensure the car is fixed right the first time. Greeting customers in a timely, friendly manner.Gathering the necessary information to repair the problems with their vehicle.Follow through with the technicians and the customer so the customer is satisfied with the work performed.Sell any additional work that may be necessary.Write clear and precise repair instructions.Provide estimates for labor and parts.Establish/determine customers method of payment, obtain customers signature on PO.Coordinate with manufacturer and/or extended warranty companies for approval in advance of repairs.Be knowledgeable of products and services.

Qualifications:2-5 years experience in service writing for Honda dealership preferred.Excellent  oral and written communication skills.Must have a valid drivers license/professional appearance.
