Experienced Sales People wanting a new career

I am looking for 2 HIGHLY qualified salespeople that I can train to be Loan Officers/Loan Originators. The qualified candidate will possess excellent sales skills and know how to work with people to help them realize the dream of owning a home. The mortgage industry has received a lot of bad press lately but people are still purchasing homes and are in need of financing and we are in need of qualified people to help them. I will supply you with all the tools you need to be successful in this industry. The training will be in depth and cover all facets of the mortgage industry, You will work side by side with a veteran loan officer during your training to enable you to see how a professional does his/her job. I WILL NOT just throw you to the wolves and HOPE you make it, I WILL make sure that you have the training to do the job correctly, giving you the highest chance for success. I will provide you 70+ OUTSTANDING leads a month. The leads that I am providing you take the consumer an average of 30 minutes to fill out and will provide you with enough information for you to fill out a complete full mortgage application, they also have had their credit pulled prior to you receiving the lead and you will only be given applications with scores OVER 620.That’s what I can do for you, but I expect something in return. I am looking for a full time employee that will come in and work to the best of their ability. I expect that you will close loans and make yourself money. I expect that you will be a professional and knowledgeable and provide your clients with EXCELLENT customer service. I expect that you will put in the time necessary to be successful.
