The Field Account Manager (FAM) position focuses on the retention and servicing of current customers in-person visits to automotive dealerships.  Speaking directly to Service Managers and General Managers, the FAM is expected to service current accounts for his/her territory, thereby improving those relationships, as well as up-selling new products and services. 

 

The right candidate for this position has a strong automotive service background, working in a dealership or for a company that provides products and/or services to dealerships.  We expect you to have strong relationship building and communication skills, and a results-oriented approach to success.  We need a bright, motivated and organized professional who knows how to use knowledge and innovation to create business opportunities.

 

The compensation package includes a base salary + a bonus & commission plan, and an expense reimbursement plan.  Benefits include medical, dental, vision and a 401k plan with company matching.  Our company values its employees and we enjoy compensating our sales and service people for their well-earned success!
