Position Description:

 

•Provide installation and maintenance support on equipment at customer locations

•Provide telephone support services to customers and field engineers

•Maintain company-issued assets from home

•Travel to and from customer locations, documenting work activity and maintaining administrative paperwork

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 

•Previous electronics experience or training

•Strong networking experience

•Experience with LAN/WAN

•Good driving record

•Good communication skills

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

• A+ certification

•Experience with military electronics is a plus
