Help Desk Specialist- MRM/Blackberry Experience Needed

This associate provides top-level support for the MRM (Mobile Resource Management) project, resolving any issues that are escalated from other members of the group and coordinating the solution with the development team or other groups as needed.  This position also is responsible for maintaining user records on the BES and working with wireless carriers and other vendors to quickly fix any complex problems.  The MRM Specialist is the last line of troubleshooting; one of the primary duties is resolving the most complex problems. Duties Provide advanced support for any MRM issues, including any that can't be resolved by MRM Technicians. Perform BES (Blackberry Enterprise Server) maintenance as required to resolve or prevent problems. Provide advanced training to MRM Technicians to improve troubleshooting performance. Work with wireless carriers or other vendors as needed to set up users or to identify and fix problems. Escalate calls to other IT departments and coordinate steps to resolve problems. Review troubleshooting procedures and effectiveness to find ways to improve process.  Implement improvements. Respond to incoming calls or e-mails from technicians or stores regarding MRM problems or questions. Document and diagnose problems and take necessary steps to resolve them immediately. Monitor open MRM calls to ensure prompt resolution and escalation (when needed).Qualifications Associate's Degree Required in Computer technology, network/Windows admin, business admin, or other relevant major.
