Human Resources Representative

The requirements and abilities necessary are as follows: Position Description and Requirements:·          Assist with the development, administration, support and management of employee relations functions·          Conduct and review exit interviews and summarize data for management review·          Assist with interpreting policies, regulations, and programs in a manner conducive to company goals·          Coordinate training meetings: preparing materials, schedules, room set up, keeping track of attendance·          HRIS experience is preferred·          Minimum 3 Years direct Employee Relations experience ·          Thorough understanding of employee relation issues and liability mitigation is a must·          Previous experience in the area of  training, event planning and project coordination preferred·          Minimum of two years experience utilizing Microsoft Office particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications·          Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field required.
