Position Description:

• Provide in-house technical PC software support

• Configure, install and troubleshoot computers

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience with operating systems design and configuration

• Experience with advanced data center technologies such as Blades, SAN and backups

• Experience with networking and systems integration

• Passion for problem solving and understanding the big picture

• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications:

• CIS or MIS degree or equivalent experience preferred
