Ziegler Cat, the local Caterpillar dealer, has the need for an IT Business Analyst to join the expanding IT team at our corporate office in Bloomington, MN.  This position will analyze and define requirements for business processes and user needs, as well as assist in the design and improvement of existing systems’ applications.  Responsibilities include: writing detailed descriptions of user needs & application functions, writing documentation of new & existing procedures, ability to understand how the business applications are used, and troubleshooting / resolving any system issues.

 

This job requires:2-year degree, Bachelors degree preferred2+ years experience working with IT developers and business customers to resolve issuesTroubleshooting skills with various applications (CRM & Web Applications)Experience with product management from start to implementation and follow upDatabase knowledge (SQL & Access)Experience with MS OfficeStrong teamwork and interpersonal skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills
