Internship, MRM Action Center

Summary:  Candidates must commit to a 25 hour week; days can be flexible around school needs. The position’s term will coincide with the school semester (9 weeks), with potential for an extension.   Under management direction, this part-time, intern position will support efforts to organize and coordinate marketing technology communications programs for the AAA MRM Action Center.group.     Duties and Responsibilities: Provide assistance in developing electronic versions of marketing materials. Updating marketing material for print and online. Assist in development of PowerPoint presentations. Limited communication to clubs regarding content for online team room. Assist clubs with troubleshooting Team Room issues or needs. Provide clubs and suppliers with updated club contact information. Assist Administrative staff with providing marketing or statistical materials to clubs or suppliers. Co-author or coordinate articles for AAA publications about clubs using Action Center products. Prepare materials for shipping to trade show and conferences. Conduct research assignments as necessary. Prepare analysis of Action Center projects as necessary Organize meetings and agendas. Perform other duties as assigned.  

Requirements: * Team player that is a highly motivated self starter requiring minimal supervision * Excellent oral and written communications skills * A creative individual with skill in creative design and writing * Background in marketing and communications or customer service a must with good telephone skills * Ability to think, respond and act quickly * Must be able to meet deadlines * Prefer a background in marketing or technology * Must be an energetic and proactive communicator with expert knowledge of latest Microsoft Office tools * Prefer at least a college junior or senior earning a degree in business marketing, administration or management * Graduate students with previous work experience in degree fields preferred
