Inventory Control Analyst

Qualifications:Qualified candidates must possess an Associate’s degree with 2-3 years experience in Inventory Control, Purchasing and/or Expediting. Must have working knowledge of customer service administration and accurate data entry skills.  Responsibilities: Determining stock levels by part number and placing purchase orders to domestic and overseas suppliers.  Maintaining stock level targets while maximizing on time delivery to customers.  Creating repack schedules required to support customer orders and inventory stock target levels.  Creating systems database, completing miscellaneous data entry, and systems maintenance.  Communicating with customers (internal and external) regarding order status, delivery schedules, and part number interchanges.  Completing departmental reports and projects as assigned.  Monitoring and expediting supplier deliveries to avoid customer backorders.  Maintaining minimal safety stock levels.
