Sears technicians diagnose and repair riding mowers, tractors, tractor attachments, tillers, snow throwers, log splitters, chippers, shredders, and gas grills while providing superior service at customers homes. Sears technicians are the best equipped in the industry---you will be provided a Sears van, laptop computer, and fuel needed to do the job! In fact, Oregon Sears technicians travel directly to their first call from home each morning. We have a computer-generated routing system that enables us to maximize customer satisfacion.QualificationsPrevious experience repairing small motors, lawn tractors, tillers, compressors, saws, other outside lawn equiment & small tools.High level of electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills required.Excellent customer service skillsSells preventative maintenance product extensions and maintenance agreements to customer. Bonus compensation programs available!
