MOTORCYCLE SALES ASSOCIATE

Orlando Harley Davidson has several openings for Motorcycle Sales Associates.

The successful Sales Associate will serve existing customers and establish new accounts through referrals, advertisements, promotions and dealership sponsored events.  Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting pre-sales demonstrations, presenting the features and benefits of all products as well as conducting a post sales vehicle check prior to delivery to customer.

A Motorcycle endorsement is required at the time of hire, or one must be obtained prior to successful completion of the Orientation period. The Sales Associate must develop product knowledge based on life experiences and through company sponsored training, be computer literate, have an approachable personality to be able to provide a superior customer service experience and effectively champion living the Harley Davidson “dream”.

Additional duties include completing appropriate paperwork associated with the sale including referral to Chrome Consultants for accessories and the Finance Dept., keeping management informed of progress by submitting copies of all sales agreements for approval and providing the status of leads and prospects on a regular basis.
