Manager of Retail Accounts

Qualifications:Qualified candidates must possess 10-15 years experience in Sales Management within National Retail Sales Channels and demonstrate capability to manage Manufacturer Representatives. Bachelor’s degree with proficiency in MS Office applications a must.  Automotive Retail experience highly preferred.  Responsibilities: Developing both long and short-term strategies to successfully introduce our automotive aftermarket product lines to National Retailers in the United States.  Overseeing the operations of the National Accounts Retail Department to expand sales and profitability to this sales channel.  Developing annual sales objectives and strategies to achieve sales targets.  Developing and maintaining relationships with key people at the various National Accounts Retail customers to ensure our products, sales programs and services meet the customer’s expectations.  Creating proposals and presenting benefits to National Retailers to demonstrate how our products can maximize their company KPIs.  Conducting competitor market studies to analyze product, pricing, promotions, and distribution strategies.  Supervising all administrative duties of the assigned departments: developing and controlling promotion budgets, ensure all forecasts and sales reports are completed in a timely manner. Monitoring the success of the sales promotion programs by developing timely return on investment analysis. Providing support to staff through supervision of activities and maintain communications with other DENSO affiliates.  Automotive Retail experience highly preferred.
