In collaboration with leading retailers, utilities and financial institutions worldwide, we underwrite, market and administer extended service or service contract programs for consumers and small businesses. We are looking for goal-oriented sales professional in the powersports division. This person should be able to achieve all individual sales goals, record correspondence in the Salesforce lead management system and responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction and sales within each assigned 20-Club. In addition, he/she will be responsible for the enrollment and application process for all training seminars and programs as well as meeting all admission goals as directed by the department supervisor. This person should be able to manage difficult or emotional customer situations; and responds promptly to customer needs and reacts well under pressure. And should be able to follow policies, procedures and instructions, supports organization's goals and values.  Traveling 60%-80% per month. Bachelor’s degree, sales training certification and motorsports experience preferred. Must have excellent communication skills and effectively present information and respond to questions from customers, clients, general public, and other employees in a public format. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet and other systems including Project Management, Database and Contact Management.
