Responsibilities A team player who designs and develops multimedia solutions by:Developing and delivering interactive computer and web-based multimedia training solutions for deployment on an enterprise-wide Learning Management System (LMS)Using appropriate web-based tools and proven adult learning methodologyDeveloping storyboards/screen layouts to manage media used in web-based coursesPartnering with the Manheim Training team, and SMEs to deliver web-based learning solutionsProducing training materials in compliance with departmental and company guidelinesDeveloping e-Learning storyboardsDeveloping instructional plan/design document for review and approvalDeveloping project plans, timelines, and issue logsEstimating scope and resource requirements for new documentation requestsProducing solutions with a sense of urgency

Qualifications Two to six years experience designing and developing computer and web-based instruction materials.Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communications skills.Visual design capabilities including collecting and editing graphics, and building all graphic layout and navigation in an instructionally sound and highly interactive format.Demonstrated ability to apply principles of adult learning, learning styles, and various instructional design approaches and processes to learning content.Demonstrated ability to identify user needs, analyze and logically organize complex information, and accurately transform complex bodies of information into professionally designed, engaging and effective programs.Demonstrated ability to work on multiple, complex projects; strong project management and follow-up skills; strong ability to multi-task and continually prioritize changing project tasks/deliverables.Proficiency in e-learning software such as Flash, Articulate, Dreamweaver, Captivate, synchronous tools, and Photoshop is a must.Ability to incorporate interactive video, voice over, background music and animated images presentationsPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor degree or higher.Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
