Xtreme Motor Co in Elgin IL,is looking to add an experienced National Sales Manager to our team. This is anew position, so we require an outgoing, aggressive and motivated leader tobring our sales to a new level, by managing our field sales manager as well as inside sales managers.  We are dedicated to providing quality products and customer services to the powersport industry. The rewards arebase salary plus commission. In addition to direct sales responsibilities, this position willmanage our sales staff.  Tothe right candidate (and we are willing to help with relocation if necessary)we offer an excellent compensation package:

Duties andResponsibilities:

·  Develop a new salesand marketing strategy focusing on vertical markets

·  Create tactical planaligned with strategic sales vision

·  Articulateinternally the strategic and tactical approach to managing sales efforts in achanging business environment.

·  Recruit, develop,train, motivate and evaluate the sales force

·  Implement salesstrategy

·  Manage daily salestoward agreed upon goals

·  Oversee salesbudgets

·  Generate salesforecasts

·  Report directly tothe President
