Oil Change Manager

We believe in customer service and employee development. We're interviewing management candidates.

Leadership skills-must have a minimum of 2 years successful management experience- single or multi-unit.

Salesmanship- must show experience in the sales industry or a natural aptitude that will allow you to do well in sales in a sales environment.

Customer service- must have experience dealing with the general public- restaurants/retail as an  example.

Mechanical Aptitude- Although automotive experience is not required you should have an  interest and an ability with the routine mechanical preventive maintenance.

If you have what it takes to provide customer service and you know how to treat employees with respect we would like to talk with you. Successful candidates need not be mechanic, but an interest in cars and car maintenance is important.  Previous experience in employee supervision and profit and loss is  important. Also, candidates with military training with vehicles and leadership training will be highly considered.

If you have  experience in managing an auto body or paint shop, managing a auto repair or tire shop. We  are hiring experienced managers.

 

Returning or retiring military veterans from the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines or Coast Guard with both Leadership, vehicle maintenance, and customer service experience are encouraged to apply. We are particularly interested in guys who have advanced well in  their military careers.

 

We have  30 locations. We are looking for candidates  all over the Metro area, although we have a particular  interest in the east side. Roseville, Mt. Clemens, Chesterfield, Warren, Troy, Madison Height, etc.
