Responsibilities include:

 

Managing existing dealers in your Region

Adding additional dealers in your Region

Managing Existing Account Executives

Recruiting additional Account Executives as your Region grows

Overseeing F&I performance for dealers in your Region

 

The Ideal Candidate will have:

 

Prior experience in a similar job

An in-depth knowledge of F&I training

A thorough understanding of F&I products

Dealer contacts in your Region

A self motivated business ethic

An entrepreneurial drive

Strong ethical principals

Outside the box thinking

Proven track record with verifiable references
