SHOP MECHANIC

As a Mechanic with Ideal Landscape Group, you will repair, maintain and keep accurate records for a fleet of 40 company vehicles, 8 skid steer loaders, 6 track hoes,  equipment, small engines, and small equipment.Repairs and maintains tools, engines and equipment requiring mechanical, hydraulic or pneumatic repair and performs preventive maintenance services.Checks equipment for safety decals and safe operating features and maintains an accurate schedule and record of maintenance. Minimum two years of experience with specialized training or 6 years real world experience in repairing and maintaining equipment, tools, and vehicles. High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to diagnose and successfully repair equipment or tools.
