Position Description:

This position provides remote (telephone) support and assistance to customers and Reynolds and Reynolds personnel. You will diagnose and record problems in a timely and accurate manner to assure customer satisfaction. You will serve as the single point of ownership for customer computer software and/or hardware issues. Following call center procedures, you will document customer issues, troubleshooting steps and resolution in the call-tracking tool. This position is also responsible for promoting customer relations, installing and maintaining hardware and software, and promoting and selling service offerings.

 

 

Requirements:Bachelor’s degreeExcellent customer service skillsGood analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skillsAbove average communication skillsExperience with recording calls receivedExperience with troubleshooting customer problems on the phoneJava, HTML, and web design experience preferredDealership Contact Management experience preferred
