Tustin Mazda & Huntington Beach Mazda are jointly owned and growing at a very aggressive pace.  Both dealerships have 20%  + growth in a market that is off by 7% for two reasons:  We sell oustanding products and both dealerships are a great place to do business. Our business is largely repeat and referral business because of our outstanding customer treatment.  Both stores are also among the top sales volume Mazda Dealers in the United States.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Sales Associate Position at either store is a very desireable position.  We rarely have an opening and only persons with a great attitude and the willingess to work hard and grow will be considered.  The duties of this person are as follows:Arrive at work to work.Train Daily.Learn from your mistakes - because you will make them.Provide a professional and positive greeting for every guest at our dealership.Have the ability to build rapport.Know your product - and that of the competition.Have the ability to ask for the sale.Be a team player - not in the casual manner, but really be willing to work with all persons in the dealership to help them succeed.

QUALIFICATIONSSome Sales Skills are preferred, but previous car experience is not - we train you on our system, we are not looking for habits formed at other dealerships.Organization SkillsGood Work Ethic - if you are one of those people that does not show up on time or takes days off randomly, do not apply.Good Attitude
