Sales Representatives

The Opportunity

TSD is expanding our Sales Team in 2008 due to new products and new markets – and is looking for sales professionals with at least 4-6 years of Inside Sales experience and a proven track record of selling to business owners and key decision makers. Sales Representatives must have experience in handling the entire sales cycle in a telephone environment: high volume prospecting, asking for the business, and closing deals.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

· Bachelors Degree

· Ability, Aptitude and Desire to be a key individual contributor and part of a great team

· 4-6 Years B2B Sales – preferred experience in Software, Manufacturer, Distributor, VAR, ASP

· This is an Inside Sales position that handles the full sales cycle; prospecting, qualifying, software demo, proposal, credit terms and asking for the order

· Demonstrated experience in On-Line Software Demonstrations

· Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Email & Contact Management Programs (ACT, GoldMine, SalesForce)

· Success in measured production and goal oriented professional sales team environments

· Knowledge of Consultative Sales & Solution Selling

 

Compensation

· OTE $75K - 95K+  (Base, Commission and Bonus)

· Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Bonus Payouts based on Sales & New Customers

· Career Path for proven performers with the potential of becoming Senior Sales Representatives, or Strategic / Corporate Account Representatives
