Allstate was founded in 1931 and became a publicly traded company in 1993.To handle claims over the phone, in person and/or via e-mail or mail; to investigate and determine liability and/or coverage; to evaluate damages and settle claims; to provide superior service while managing loss costs. Auto TechnicalAuto Technical Adjusters evaluate and estimate auto damages in our drive-in facilities, in the field or in body shops, using a laptop computer.  They negotiate estimates or settlements with customers or body shops and are responsible for following processes that yield accurate estimates and high levels of customer satisfaction while managing loss costs. * For La Salle/Peoria, IL area. Must have a miniumum of 5 years experience writing auto repair estimates. Familiarity with various software programs such as PenPro and CCC a plus.  I-CAR Platinum or ASE designations would also be a plus.
