Mercedes-Benz USA is actively seeking a Specialist for our Warranty Audit group to ensure dealer compliance with the Warranty Policy and Procedure manual. Conduct warranty audits to ensure proper claims payment and adherence to Policy and Procedures. Assist in the development, implementation, enforcement, and follow up for dealers.

 

 

Responsibilities include:

 

Ensure that the Company’s potential liability arising from dealership warranty audits, monitoring and special program reviews are minimized by maintaining a consistently professional approach, with emphasis on accuracy and fairness, ensuring adherence to Warranty policy and procedures, etc.

Ensure that the Company’s warranty and policy expenses are not unnecessarily inflated by continually reviewing and updating the repair procedures, operation time guides, and processing system rules which allows us to identify repair trends that are improperly bundled/unbundled.

Provide specialized reports which reflect warranty and service auditing results.

 

 

Requirements include:Requires valid driver’s licenseTravel domesticallyWork Holidays/weekends when requiredUp to 60% travelAssociates Degree(accredited school) or equivalent work experience with emphasis in: Accounting, Business Administration, Business Management, Engineering or AutomotiveMust have 5-7 years experience in  the following: Automotive-Retail, Automotive-Technical, Business-General, Processing and Quality Assurance
