Requirements



 

As a Store Manager you will be responsible for the attainment of monthly and annual retail sales goals. As a part of our management team, you will play a key role in the recruitment, selection, orientation and training of employees. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a track record of sales success coupled with strong work ethic and proven ability to manage a team. Effective communication skills and customer service experience are considered a plus.

 

Qualified candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED, and 1-2 years of previous management in the automotive industry. College degree is preferred.
