THE RIGHT INDIVIDUAL WILL ASSIST THE STORE MANAGER IN DAY TO DAY SALES, SUPERVISE SHOP TECHNITIONS, KEEP CUSTOMERS AWARE OF VEHICLE NEEDS AND MAKE SURE JOBS ARE COMPLETED ON TIME WHILE MAXIMIZING SALES AND MINIMIZE DAILY EXPENSES.
WE OFFER A (5) FIVE DAY WORK WEEK WITH NO SUNDAYS. PAID HOLIDAYS, VACATION EARNED AFTER JUST (6) SIX MONTHS SERVICE.

you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to customers by selling tires, road hazard and recommended services, benefits and product features. creating long-term loyalty bonds with customer's.
driving sales and profitability of the store, and maintaining a clean and well merchandised store.
responsible for establishing and tracking monthly sales objectives for each member of the team, training of the team, and promoting/merchandising for special events. communicating benefits and product features.
One year or more of management experience managing in groups of 2 or more is required as well as experience in a customer service environment .
