Technical Communicator

Milton Cat, a global player in Marine Engines, Industrial Engines, and Power Generation Equipment, is one of the largest Caterpillar Dealers in the United States, with a company history dating back to 1940.  Headquartered in Milford MA, the company maintains 15 offices throughout New England and upstate, NY.

 

Candidate will be based in Milford, MA at Corporate Headquarters, and will work in the Service Department providing technical assistance to Power Systems technicians. 

 

Essential Functions:Maintain high standards of customer service by providing technical support to technicians, managers, and supervisors.

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Excellent interpersonal skillsHands-on, technical knowledge with CAT gensets; marine and industrial enginesElectronic diesel engines and systems Solid oral and written communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritiesDependable and reliable

 

Qualifications:5 years minimum experience in the genset, marine, or industrial engine business as a mechanic, technical communicator, or trainer.Computer literate, use of Microsoft Office a plus.
