Telecom & Network Analyst

This associate performs technical and financial analysis of various components of the Belron US telecommunications and networking systems.  This associate reviews bills and configurations to accurately define problems associated with the Belron US and our clients’ networking and telecommunications infrastructure.  It is critical that this individual provide accurate and timely information in a manner that is easily understood on all levels of the organization in order to maintain the high reliability of the telecom and network infrastructure. This is the first level of a multi-level, career development class series. Duties•  Performs various forms of financial related analysis.  Analyzes financial data, draws conclusions and recommends alternative methods and actions to management.•  Monthly analysis of Telecommunications and Networking invoices, including bill auditing and allocation of expenses.  •  Manages various telecommunications accounts, including teleconferencing, long distance and toll free services.•  Draws upon experiences and company knowledge to perform cost analysis of existing products and services.•  Conducts cost/benefit analysis and/or breakeven analysis of existing products and services.•  Performs month-end closing and distribution of monthly financial statements for the telecom and network departments.•  Assists in preparation of annual telecom & network budgets, incorporating forecasts and expense projections.•  Researches and evaluates the capabilities and costs of new and available technologies, and makes recommendations to management regarding improvements, purchases and cost-saving measures. •  Analyzes and resolves basic problems related to telecommunications and networking systems' software and hardware. •  Meets with managers and service users regarding current systems, explains costs and benefits of available options, and coordinates installation with vendors.  Qualifications•  Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Accounting, Finance, or related field required.•  1 to 2 years experience in telecommunications, networking or related field•  Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access or similar programs• Entry level business, telecommunications, or networking experience preferred.
