Truck/RV Service Manager, Ventura

In this position you will join a global leader whose name is synonymous with quality and performance, and help ensure we deliver on that reputation. Providing direction to a service team of about twelve, you will make sure we meet or exceed expectations with regard to cycle time and customer satisfaction. If you have the ambition and aptitude, your performance in this role could set you up to pursue advancement in the company.To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have a proven ability to lead both people and processes in a vehicle service environment, ideally with diesel engines. We're looking for a professional with a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with customers; familiarity with managing the warranty process is preferred. You also will need the ability to help your team grow. Leadership experience, including coaching and developing individuals and teams, and monitoring employee progress and holding them accountable. Knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office (Word/Excel), and BMS or similar vehicle management systems. Solid spoken and written communication skills. A customer-focused commitment to service.
