(AIG), an international insurance and financial services organization, has a Unit Manager position available in our West Palm Beach, FL office.In this critical role of our business, you will:• Plan, supervise and direct the work of the claim representatives• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and developing employees• Review complex cases that exceed claim rep authority and initiate further action• Provide technical expertise• Report on status of claims to Branch ManagerWhat we require:• Minimum 5 years experience handling complex auto claims with emphasis on injury resolution; Material Damage experience required.• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience;• Must possess strong negotiation, communication and organizational skills, along with demonstrated leadership skills• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceAbout AIG: American International Group, Inc.
