Vendor Account Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:



-Account reconciliation

-Vendor statement review

-Credit memo processing

-Collection of outstanding credits

-Review cost and freight charges

-Extensive written and verbal vendor contact

Required Skills / Experience:
- 3+ years experience in accounts payable
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English

- Microsoft Office - Intermediate level in Excel
- Proven ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-pace environment
- Great organizational skills
- 10 key by touch
