Department Description:
Workers Compensation & Integrated Disability Management Analyst
Provides assistance to the Corporate WC & IDM department in the administration of workers' compensation program for North America. Provides technical expertise and problem resolution to successfully administer and resolve claims. Proactively provides recommendations for process improvement.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

* Provides assistance with the administration of the IDM (non-occupational disability) program for North America. Administers and monitors disability claims, resolving issues and escalating as appropriate. Provides day to day technical consultation to plants regarding integrated disability management claim/case processing.

Performs analysis of monthly and quarterly data in support of department goals, business unit needs and published metrics..

Qualifications:
Required-
* Bachelors or higher level degree or some college course work and equivalent experience
* Three or more years of experience handling non-occupational disability and/or workers compensation programs (including TPA oversight, claims administration, plan/benefit interpretation).
* This position requires a self-starter with good communications and time management skills as well as excellent PC skills.
