Automotive General Sales Manager Position 100K+ 

One of the Delaware Valley’s leading Car Dealerships is looking for a High Energy, Aggressive Manager with the ability to Build and Motivate a Top Notch Sales Force. You must be a Proven Leader with at least 5 years Management experience and verifiable references. This Position is open to existing GMs, General Sales Mgrs, and Lead Sales Mgrs who are looking for career growth.  A Successful candidate will possess a proven track record in Volume, Gross & High CSI. Used car success is critical.



Responsibilities:

New vehicle sales staff processes, training, desking deals, inventory control, customer satisfaction, budgeting and profit analysis.  This is an excellent opportunity for further growth and development in the organization!
