Accessorization Supervisor

Vascor Ltd., a leading third party automotive logistics company has an immediate and exciting opportunity for an Accessorization Supervisor in San Diego, CA.

 

Position Summary:

 

The Accessorization Supervisor is responsible for TLS PPO operations in San Diego.  Primary goals are to ensure customer expectations are exceeded and that income (P&L) goals are met.

 

 

Position Responsibilities:

 

Position responsibilities include:

 Overall accountability for hiring, training and directing the workforce.  Provides strong leadership.Develop and implement KPI’s, which measures the quality of service and are used to make continuous process improvements.Provide installation coordination, forklift activities, inventory control, parts coordination for accessorization, vehicle parking/storage and staging, facilities management and customer service/support.Monitors financial performance and productivity to meet budget objectives.Work with support staff to achieve Company’s objectives in Safety, ISO and Quality.Provides administrative direction for internal and external reporting.

 

 

Education:

 

Degree in management or comparable work experience in a customer-focused, labor-intensive industry.

 

Skills:

 Demonstrated “expert” level usage of MS Office Products including Excel, Access, and Power Point.Written and Verbal communications and inter-personal skills to interact with various levels of management with customers, as well as internal personnel.Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.Audit experience for both internal audits and final quality assurance.

 

Experience:

 Demonstrated experience in exceeding customer expectations.Self-motivated and able to operate within a team environment.

 

 

Physical demands and work environment:

 Physical Demands:  While performing this job, the employee is required to walk, sit, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; operate a forklift and pallet jacks; operate a vehicle scissor lift, reach with hands, arms; balance; stoop; talk or hear.  Moderate travel is required.Work environment:  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time.  Noise is usually moderate.
