Account Administrator

The Account Administrator will coordinate all sales and marketing activities within the scope of serial deliveries for all products and materials to be delivered to the OEM via defined customers and producers for which he will be responsible. The Account Administrator will service serial deliveries to the defined customers with respect to all commercial issues and in close cooperation with the relevant OEM Program Manager. 1. Customer Service- Building up contacts to the customer via all hierarchical levels at the customer, including hereto all relevant departments of BK AG/BK NA- Procurement of the trends at the OEMs and passing on of information given by the Program Managers, as far as necessary- Recording of customers’ requirements; responsibility for internal and external control of all issues within the scope of serial supplies related to the defined customer2. Organization as well as cooperation with the Program Managers and Sales Dept.- Implementation and keeping of an effect file system, in close cooperation with the Program Managers- Offer submission during project phase or for serial supplies, in close cooperation with the Program Managers - Preparation of sales negotiations- Commercial handling of complaints (administrative, logistic and informative processing)- Demand for initial sample reports and releases/transfer to customer logistics- Starting of first production orders after release by the customer- Supervision of time schedules/coordination of sampling3. Sales controlling- Control of order entries and backlog of orders via SAP system- Supervision/compliance of payment conditions- Check of profit margin regarding customer and/or product within the scope of serial supplies- Competitors’ analysis and observation/reporting of competitors’ activities- Assistance in budget planning (customer and product sales figures, quantities, profit margin)High School Degree or Equivalent is required. Associates Degree is preferred.General job qualification profile:- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Customer solution focused and methodical attention to detail.- Strong customer service orientation and intimate knowledge of the customers needs.- Ability to handle customer complaints. - Works accurate and with eye for detail.- Handles situations in the best interest of both the customer and the company.Specific job qualification profile:- Experience with data base applications and SAP system.- Must understand integrated supply chain and logistic concepts.- Must be able to communicate supply chain objectives to the organization. - Must be knowledgeable in planning and implementing forecasting systems. - Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint. - Excellent analytical abilities.
