SUMMARY: Provides financial reporting to parent company in Europe; Coordinates physical inventories for two locations; Oversees the progress of profit improvement initiatives as well as the reporting of such measures.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

 

1.  Input/Administer/Preparation of Domestic as well as Foreign Wire Transfers.

2.  Reconciliation of travel advances/tracking of travel expenses and reporting for two locations.

3.  Maintenance & reconciliation of petty cash for two locations.

4.  Monitor & report on profit improvement initiatives.

5.  HFM (Quarterly financial) reporting to Europe for two locations.

6.  Monthly MIS (Financial) reporting to Europe for one location.

7.  GDX Tax package reporting for one location.

8.  Coordinate annual physical inventories for two locations
