Accounting Technician

This position has potential to grow with a great northwest company and to get experience in a variety of dealership driven accounting processes from cash transactions to inventory.

 

Job Summary

This position will be responsible for processing accounts incoming/outgoing ACH transactions, store deposit preparation, daily cash transaction posting.  Accounts Receivable processing which includes review, investigation and inquiry and manufacturers credit processing and reconciliation.

 

Minimum Job Qualifications

·  Accounting or Bachelors Degree

·  Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word  and Outlook

·  Strong organization & communication skills

·  Demonstrated proficiently with a ten-key adding machine

·  Retail dealership accounting experience preferred, but not required

·  Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds, ADP Dealer Services, UCS and DMS, preferred but not required.
