Administrative Assistant-Operations Department Second Shift

Glovis Alabama, LLC a supplier in the Automotive Industry located at 300 Hyundai Blvd, Montgomery, Alabama.  We are looking qualified candidates to fill current open positions.

Administrative Assistant- Operations Department Second Shift 6:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m.

This second shift position is responsible for offering administrative support to the shift job duties will include Part research and reporting; daily reports such as absences, turnover reports; part issues; accidents; daily production numbers.  Position is responsible for monitoring all Replenishment Check Alerts; Monitor Shop overview for down time and status of production; Monitor radio and solve problems that may arise.

This candidate must be a self-starter and must have excellent computer skills along with excellent written and oral skills.  The candidate must be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Power point and have the ability to learn new programs.  This candidate must be able to work independently with little to no supervision and must have excellent attendance.  Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field is helpful, but not required.
