The Auto Parts Group, a $300+ million, fast-growing division of Schnitzer Steel Industries, Inc., is seeking a Administrative & Report Services Administrator.  Schnitzer is a 100 year old publicly traded company with revenues in excess of $1.5 billion.  The Auto Parts Group is a fast growing division within Schnitzer that is focused on consolidating the highly fragmented recycled auto parts market.  The Auto Parts Group consists of two operating divisions, Pick-n-Pull Auto Dismantlers and GreenLeaf Auto Recyclers, our self-service and full-service auto and truck dismantling division respectively. 

 

At the direction of the Administrative & Report Services Supervisor, this position is responsible for creating, improving and producing all call centers, donations and contract reports on a daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc basis.

 

So, what will it take to be successful?

 Creating and maintaining reports as well as performing price adjustments for the Canada Kidney Foundations, Charities and Donations brokers, and all Municipal contracts.Expedite processing of all E-Fax and Faxed in orders from all Charities and Donation brokers as well as provide necessary reports to team.Responsible for outstanding customer service and support for Charities, Contracts and municipal purchasing by providing necessary reports.Creating and distributing all Call Center performance reporting.Preparation of Call Center Staffing statistics based on consultant’s model.Responsible for the timely completion of special projects and other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications for this position:

 Must have strong skills with MS office including Excel, Word, Outlook and AccessExperience in database applications. Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.Solid analytical and problem solving skills.Able to handle multiple competing tasks and priorities.Perform quality work efficiently with minimal supervision.Must have strong people skills with an outgoing friendly and positive attitude. Must have some knowledge of Call Center operations.Must have a high school diploma Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekend days.Minimum of 1 year experience in a Call Center or productions environment participating in multiple phases of the operation.Experience in a team work based environment a plus. Bi-lingual ability to speak English and Spanish a plus.
