Administrative Support needed ASAP

Major well-known automotive company is looking to fill a position for their Technical Administrative department.

 

Position Summary:  Under general direction, performs a variety of duties supporting Project Management Group, Purchasing Group and Resource Group.

 

Basic Activities, Responsibilities and essential Job Functions:

Purchasing:

-Identifies and orders parts, supplies, some services as specified by requesting Departments.

-Follows up with vendors to ensure delivery dates are on schedule.

-Enters model parts cost data, maintains files and records of current and potential supplies, materials, prices, delivery dates and inventories.

 

Resource

-Runs budget, manpower data and organizes format for analysis.

-Runs open PO reports and correlates with Purchasing for closing.

-Maintains and updates resource systems such as Time Machine, TTP and PON.

 

Project Management

-Enter visitors' data into system for verification and entry approval.

-Organize and maintain development documents as requested.

 

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Ability to speak and read Japanese; Experience working with Microsoft Office, Excel and Powerpoint; Willingness to work hard and succeed; Attention to detail; and Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
