Advertising / Marketing Manager

QA1 Precision Products, Inc. has an immediate opportunity for an individual with extensive experience as an ADVERTISING / MARKETING MANAGER in the MOTORSPORTS/ PERFORMANCE AFTERMARKET.  This position reports directly to the Executive Vice President. 

 

Experience / characteristics necessary:

· Motorsports and performance aftermarket-related industry experience in advertising / marketing absolutely essential

· BS/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising or related field

·  Minimum 3 years of successful marketing experience in a leadership role, i.e. Director of Marketing or Marketing

 Manager in the motorsports / performance aftermarket

· Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills

· Polished, professional appearance

· Willingness to travel

· Strong existing relationships with the motorsports / performance aftermarket media, industry influencers and analysts

· Demonstrated portfolio and examples of creating high-quality, industry specific marketing and collateral

 

In this position you will:

· Develop and execute your marketing / advertising plan to increase market share of performance products

· Develop and / or maintain solid relationships with key members of the media, industry influencers and analysts

· Actively identify and pursue marketing / advertising opportunities that support QA1's complete portfolio offering

· Book, organize and manage all trade shows

· Understand and analyze customer bases, including target customers and target contacts

· Be responsible for overseeing ad creation and negotiating media buys

· Plan and execute communication campaigns

· Coordinate with the executive team to establish marketing strategies

· Ensure qualified lead generation leading to new opportunities and revenue

· Coordinate all mailers

· Travel up to 10%
