You will assist the MINI Area Manager in achieving an Aftersales business plan for attaining Regional and National targets. In addition, you will be expected to communicate improvement recommendations and provide training on Services, Parts, Accessory and Motoring Gear programs to MINI dealer personnel and Area Team members. You will also be responsible for facilitating the implementation of Aftersales operational policies and standards.
