Located in Reynoldsburg, Ohio, TS Tech North America serves as the North American corporate headquarters and research/development center of a Tier 1 automotive manufacturer. Assistant Administrator

 

The ideal candidate will have excellent Active Directory skills; administering, maintaining and optimizing Windows Active Directive at the enterprise level. Additionally, you should have in-depth knowledge of enterprise directory architecture and design as well as in-depth knowledge of Exchange at an enterprise level.

 

Required skills include: Active Directory; Windows 2003 functional level; Planning/Placing/Sizing domain controllers; Configuring multiple sites in AD; LDAP; Knowledgeable in FSMO and Global Catalog roles; Troubleshooting AD replication; Implementing domain/forest trusts; Performing domain migration; Following best practices regarding: OU’s, File & Folder Permissions, User/Group/Computer accounts; Using group policy to: configure computers, deploy software, manage security; Planning/placing/sizing Exchange servers; Exchange clustering; Exchange RGC’s; MAPI; SMTP; Exchange performance monitoring; OWA; Exchange backup and restore.

 

Microsoft Network Infrastructure/Application technologies: TCP/IP; DNS; WINS; DHCP; File/print services; IIS; Clustering.

 

Experience in the following is a plus: Dell server technology; Microsoft MOSS; Microsoft OCS; Microsoft SQL.

 

Education and experience requirements: 5+ years experience in AD & Exchange; MCSE required; MCSE: messaging preferred.
