Job Description

We are currently seeking an Automotive Parts Sales Representative. This individual will be responsible for successfully developing new accounts by using a variety of methods. To be qualified you must be self-motivated, work independently, and love outside sales.

Primary Responsibilities

Develops new account prospects through networking, referrals, and cold calling. Demonstrates intense motivation to sell.Develops sales strategies, techniques and tactics based on customer feedback and market environment.Presents key selling points, features, and benefits while focusing on customer needs and expectations. Successful in processing customer orders in a timely fashion.Successful in communicating with the customers. Ability to place cold calls on an ongoing basis.
Requirements

Ideal Candidate will possess the following:
2-3 years automotive aftermarket sales experience is preferred Minimum of 2 years of outside sales capacity with a significant track record of obtaining and surpassing goals. Professional appearance and strong work ethic with the desire to succeed. Excellent customer service and relationship building skills. Aggressive salesman and team player. High School diploma or equivalent.
We offer a 6-month base salary or commission, whichever is greater. At the end of the guarantee period, you'll move to 100% commission where the sky is the limit.
