*After the first year of employment, if the employee has not earned a minimum of $30,000 total compensation, which includes any salary, commissions, bonuses and factory incentives, then Delaney Chevrolet Buick Honda Hyundai Subaru will pay the difference to the employee in the form of a one-time bonus (bonus not to exceed $7,500). Employee must be employed by Delaney Chevrolet Buick Honda Hyundai Subaru for 12 continuous months in order to qualify for the first year guarantee. This is a guarantee of compensation and not a guarantee of employment for any period of time. Employment with Delaney Chevrolet Buick Honda Hyundai Subaru is employment at-will and may be terminated at the will of either Delaney Chevrolet Buick Honda Hyundai Subaru, or the employee at any time, with or without cause or notice.
