Employee must be employed by Tom Denchel Ford Country for 12 continuous months in order to qualify for the first year guarantee. This is a guarantee of compensation and not a guarantee of employment for any period of time. Employment with Tom Denchel Ford Country is employment at-will and may be terminated at the will of either Tom Denchel Ford Country, or the employee at any time, with or without cause or notice.
