Our clients understand that our decades of industry experience give us unique insight and access to top talent at all levels.  A well established manufacturer seeks an experienced Maintenance Engineer for one of its Southeastern locations.  This position is located in Tennessee – Apply only if you are able and willing to relocate for this opportunity. JOB SUMMARY:  The Maintenance Engineer will focus on improving machine uptime and quality.  Additionally, this individual will be responsible for equipment redesign and redundant repair.  They will also lead project and improvement activities.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:· Administration and application of equipment history, accumulating and analyzing equipment data to ensure continuing effectiveness for all preventive/predictive maintenance programs.  · Lead improvement projects and machine modifications.  · Work with engineering and production to improve communication while working toward common goals.· Work with all maintenance technicians and engineering to insure that all machines have common operating principles and proven designs.· Part procurement for projects and improvements.· Review maintenance work orders in order to uncover repetitive machine failures and extensive machine down time occurrences. · Defining, developing, administering and refining the Preventive/Predictive maintenance program· Guiding efforts to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, control loops and safety/security systems. · Provide required work procedures for operations and maintenance to ensure equipment reliability. · Work with manufacturing Engineering in design and commissioning of new equipment to ensure maintainability of new equipment.   EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:· Associate Degree or equivalent experience. · High School/GED required.  · 3 to 5 years minimum maintenance experience.  This is a terrific opportunity with a great company that offers great salary, benefits and growth opportunity.
